Florida 3 Tennessee 0

The Jekyll/Hyde Vols showed up again in Atlanta last night. After storming into halftime like a team on a roll, the second half saw a flat, fouling bunch who couldn't hang with a better Gators squad.

Random thoughts:

I'm going to be sad when Tobias Harris turns pro. I have zero doubt he will - this draft class is weak, so it is a great chance to be a lottery pick. He is so smooth, sometimes too smooth (I'd love to see him be a bit more reckless) and would be a great cornerstone to build the team around next year. His first half tonight was spectacular, though he disappeared a bit in the second.

I'm not going to be too sad when Scotty Hopson turns pro. He is as frustrating a player to watch as I can remember. So talented, so one-dimensional. Frustrating.

I'm going to miss Brian Williams way more than I thought I would two years ago. From his role in last year's run to the Elite Eight to playing through the eye poke to his overall competitiveness and ability to step up in big games, I have come to love the big guy.

(And for all the BYU lovers out there - this is why guys ought to get a second chance. Look at how Williams has responded since the arrest last year. He is going to have a college degree, a chance to play professional ball somewhere next year and has successfully remade his image because of his hard play and improvement. Davies will always be the guy who got kicked out for having sex; Williams will not be remembered for the arrest...anymore.)

Cameron Tatum - the latest to get into Pearl's doghouse. No wonder too. He is soft inside, isn't making shots outside, and has been carrying himself like he is better than he is. I like going with Josh Bone right now even though he hurts us offensively.

Josh Fields - is he the worst starting post in the SEC? In the country? I can't remember him doing anything other than fouling and being late on rotations. He plays hard, just not well.

Prediction for seeding? I'm guessing we'll get a #9 or #10. We find out tomorrow.
